I bought a house with EPI water softener and drinking water filtering system. EPI contacted us before we even got the chance to follow up on our needs. They changed the account to our name, came over as soon as we remodeled the kitchen reinstalled the system and tuned the softener unit. Did a great job and became our prefered vendor instantaneously.

The units we purchased work appropriately. We have called the company to lower the softness of the water(Water to soft is too slimy for our household). The response from the company has been very fast with good interactions. I will continue to use as the product It has just been installed less than a month ago. These products as stated last a vast amount of year. I will update my review as needed. Thank you EPI. I hope for nothing but good interactions throughout the lifespan of the product.

Would like to let EPI Water know that l was very well impressed by the tech JJ you sent out to my resident yesterday. Not only did he have a mask on, and so did l but he explained everything in details what he did, and what l should do to help it maintain for the future to remain in good condition. EPI, allow me to explain something to you. Attaching these sales flyers and bottles to mailbox posts is illegal. The mailbox tampering laws apply to placing items without postage in the mailbox, upon the mailbox, or attaching to the mailbox post. You should be hearing from a Simpsonville postmaster soon about the postage due for all of the flyers and bottles they removed from mailbox posts. All I can say is, you need to get this system asap. So many good changes on your skin, your hair, your clothes, etc. This it's really amazing, should've get it sooner. Thank you EPI Water and Wes, you were amazing explaining and demonstrating everything.
