Dr. Ovitsh is an amazing doctor understanding, caring, and attentive. The receptionist is also outstanding at what she does. While I was there, she was multitasking between assisting three other patients, helping the doctor, answering phones, and scheduling appointments all with professionalism and efficiency. However, I did notice some concerning behavior from the medical assistant. On my way to the restroom and again when I returned, she was sitting in a dark corner on her phone. I go here every year and it’s a great environment. The workers at the front desk are very friendly and respectful. They help you and answer all your questions. Dr. O is a great man, doctor and very helpful. He keeps you updated with all aspects of your appointment. All questions are answered and it is a comfortable environment as well. I highly recommend this office.
I booked an appointment with Dr. Ovitsh via ZocDoc for a time-sensitive issue, only to find the office is closed for the week when I showed up for my appointment. I took off work and commuted from Westchester for this appointment and there was no communication from the office or ZocDoc about the closure. I tried calling the number on their website but it was disconnected.
