I am so thankful for the Ephrata National Bank’s wonderful staff and customer service personnel who helped me with my on line banking. I had issues with my on line account and Jenn and Fabriola, helped me as best they could with my issue. I actually went to he Cloister bank and Amanda took time out of her day and resolved my problem. She was professional as well as patient and I am so grateful and appreciative for her service. My husband and I are very happy with your bank and all your staff. Thank you

Been banking with Ephrata National for quite sometime. The drive thru lately has been the worst. Sitting and waiting over 10mins!
One of the most rudest employee there!! Absolutely so disrespectful. I can't believe they have people that work there that can just talk to people like that. I wish I got her name but I will never be a customer at Ephrata national. Switching to Fulton!!!
