I've been with the Ephrata National Bank since I was very young, they have always been so very pleasant and helpful if I ever needed anything, they truly are one of the best banks around the area.
I am so thankful for the Ephrata National Bank’s wonderful staff and customer service personnel who helped me with my on line banking. I had issues with my on line account and Jenn and Fabriola, helped me as best they could with my issue. I actually went to he Cloister bank and Amanda took time out of her day and resolved my problem. She was professional as well as patient and I am so grateful and appreciative for her service. My husband and I are very happy with your bank and all your staff. Thank you
