Love! Love! ENB. It doesn't matter which branch you go into. Everyone very friendly and knowledgeable. You are treated as a person, not an account number. If you have a problem, they are there to help you. Be it in person or over the phone. Happy dealing with ENB since 1987. And will continue to deal with them forever. Keep up the fantastic work, ENB. We needed a checking account and waited on a Saturday. A women name Grace at the Lititz branch was so pleasant and kind. We ended up being there until after closing. She did not rush us thru or show she was annoyed. She payed attention and listened. She made the opening of the account process so simple. This enforced my reasoning to stay with this bank. I have been a member almost 20 years. It’s people like Grace Sweigart that make Ephrata National so great!
