Grace helped me and my family out tremendously. I recommend this bank.
We needed a checking account and waited on a Saturday. A women name Grace at the Lititz branch was so pleasant and kind. We ended up being there until after closing. She did not rush us thru or show she was annoyed. She payed attention and listened. She made the opening of the account process so simple. This enforced my reasoning to stay with this bank. I have been a member almost 20 years. It’s people like Grace Sweigart that make Ephrata National so great!
Incredibly nice, low fees compared to other banks, seem to have good interest rates. You can take loose change to the Ephrata branch. Lititz branch has always been good to us!
