I came in just to have my gel removed and was treated very rude.. I have been a loyal customer for years with my grandmother.. and sadly the business has gone downhill... I said thank you after cashing out and was net with no response.. I am sad to see one of the many long standing businesses in Ephrata treat people so poorly.. I will never return..

Super sweet people very kind they do great job for a cheap price compared to others very clean they do just about everything extremely wide color range and over all great people and business

after being a regular for many years, i will never step foot in this salon again. anne was extremely rude and was purposely botching my nails after she told me she couldn’t do a design i showed her. i was polite and said i would look for something different because i know that some salons might not have the equipment for certain designs. she proceeded to tell me that i should have a “mexican girl from quincy” do my nails. while she was doing my nails and grabbing my hand/fingers forcefully, i could tell she was very upset, a... read more
