First thing was the attitude, the lady was very rude and short. As she walked by she threw a towel at my sister in law to cover her legs im assuming? There was no explanation or reasoning. Okay this place was so DIRTY like every tool isn’t ever cleaned they don’t even clean after each person and my hands are all messy and my thumb has nails glue on it like ahhhh and the people where so mean!!! Especially my person so MEAN like so mean!!! And the nails don’t even look that good
So rude both the man and woman! Very rough and rushed. I have no idea how they stay in business. I witnessed them being rude to others while I was in there too!!
Wow.... We had been there a few times before this visit. Was great service before....This time however was truly disappointing. Short staffed and really shitty service. The gentleman that works there actually had a personality before. This yime, he hid behind his mask and just pointed and grunted. There's no reason to do a job you hate... None! Find something that makes you happy!
