Usually really like this place, but sometimes when they are short handed the person helping doesn't do as good of a job on pedicure. Edit- will no longer go back after last manicure. Instead of soaking my my natural nails to remove the dip powder, she used an acrylic to get under and tore every nail off. All I wanted was a color change and shortened nails. What I was left with was a full set of long acrylics and bloody cuticles. The acrylics started to lift 2 weeks later.

NEVER GO TO Ephrata Nails & Spa! EVER! I scheduled an appointment yesterday for 6pm tonight 1/5/25 just to redo colors on my full set of acrylics and toes I had gotten done two days prior at a different place. I called around 5:30 to see if they could fit me in a little earlier and she already started getting an attitude over the phone. She said “come back tomorrow” so I repeated that I already had an appointment for today.
