Unfortunately, I have been trying to reach them over the phone on various occasions over the last few weeks and all I get is voicemail. That would not happen before. Otherwise, I have been there in person and there are a few folks present all the time and they provide good service.
Went in to get fitted for machine for first time. Neil the respiratory therapist was extremely kind and patient. Very informative and educated. As well as a sense of humor which always helps. Couldn’t ask for anyone better.
Fantastic place to get your needed medical equipment. They are always friendly and helpful. From fitting C-Pap equipment to finding things like compression socks, home medical equipment, and things to make life easier, such as waterless shampoo, waterproof cast covers, and things to help people get dressed with limited mobility, they have it all!!
