Great experience in the ER! Staff was kind and responsive. Everything was extremely clean. No complaints at all!! Soooooo much better than Ephraim in Danville!
Do not bother going to this ER if you don’t have insurance. They will not have what you need to treat you, charge you a few thousand dollars and will send you to UK anyways. My recommendation is just go straight to UK hospital if you live in Stanford. You’ll save money in the long run. The staff was nice otherwise.
I was seen in the ED at 3am on 8/8/24 due to excruciating pain from a pinched nerve/bulging disc, and Dr. J Morton and my nurse, L. Burton, were FANTASTIC! They had me in and out quickly and I received the toradol injection that I needed to help alleviate this pain. I’m a RN in Lexington, and Ft Logan is actually across from my house, and I’m so very grateful to them for helping me and doing so compassionately and quickly! I also called the ED this am to let them know how thankful I am for them. So kudos to this team!!
The doctors and nurses are hateful and rude especially over the phone only ones in there that talk and treat u like someone are the ob nurses.
