Everyone at the practice is welcoming. It is an environment where you feel you can open up and that the medical providers truly care. Emanie Dorival CRNP/ FNP and her staff are very knowledgeable, respectful and compassionate.
So furious called this place for a dermatologist and they said they were made an appt for my son took off work and kept him home to go in there and the girl at the front desk to tell me that he has a different pediatrician on his card well duh she said that they can refer him to a dermatologist. Like seriously you wasted my day completely and she acts like she don’t even care. Not to mention the fact that they have the tv blaring music when you go in there
