At my last three houses, the highest water bill I could ever remember was $30. My average water bill at Epcor is $110 month but ranges to $150+ in peek seasons. Not to mention their wonderful service charges as well as set up and disconnect fees They have a monopoly over my neighborhood. I have no other choice for water management. Customer service virtually non-existent!!!
Called to cancel a hydrant meter, months later am still getting invoices for it, they say there is no record of me calling to shut off service and there's nothing they are going to do about it. I was frustrated but polite, and then employee hung up on me. I look forward to getting bills from them forever I guess
