Heartless to the bone. Epcor does not care about the communities they serve, all they care about is money, they will happily put aside the wellbeing of an infant for the sake of greed. Shameful and incredibly rude customer service. 10/10 recommend to choose another company for your power needs.
My father passed away at the beginning of June, and dealing with EPCOR during an already difficult time has been incredibly disappointing. I notified EPCOR of his death in mid-June and have records of that conversation. Despite this, they later charged an NSF fee to my late father's account. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told they had no record of my earlier conversation, refused to waive the NSF fee, and would not provide the information I needed to settle the outstanding balance.
