⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Rude and Racist Behaviour! Very disappointing experience with two EPCOR employees near 92 Avenue and 118 Street. I was doing my job in the back alley when they showed up in their work truck, unnecessarily interrupted my work, and spoke to me very aggressively. Absolutely terrible to have to deal with. If you need help from them, god speed my friend. Awful service careless company.
Rather than call you to remind you a payment is late, which you always make as soon as reminded, They will cut off power without notice and leave you without power for days before a long weekend when it is supposed to snow. Use another power provider if you can
Probably the worst customer service you'll ever receive. Forgot to pay a bill - happens sometimes, whatever. Power was shut off I paid the bill the same day and between 3 kids and two jobs I tried 7 times to contact them and the wait time was more time than I had - I was even late 2 times to my second job trying. I finally got through 2 days later and was told $180 for 3 days or $380 to expedite and it's immediate so I accepted the expedited charge and talked to someone higher up about why I have to pay so much after being w... read more
