We have allowed Epcor employees when they came to ask us for using our power line to connect to our neighbor house because there was something wrong at their house during last winter. This has happened more than three months now and the power line is still exposing in our backyard. We called and Epcor said there's no file at our address. They told us to ask our neighbor to call which we did but still no one tell us the solution.
