This is the worst builder I have ever dealt with. We had 5 closing dates given to us, knowing that they haven't completed all the documents needed before closing. Their sales reps lied to us on so many occasions about accessories you can pick from. Then when you go to pick out your flooring and Tiles, it's stuff you wouldn't want in you wouldn't want i your doghouse. It took a year for our home to be built. No communication at all! Once we closed on our home, they don’t care to answer any of your questions! Repeatedly have sent letters and emails, phone calls to follow up and dead silence. Would not recommend except we love our neighbors and home but if you are a person who wants answers to their questions, don’t build with them.
We built a home in Bel Haven and while the website states “one house and customer at a time”. This is by far not true. Their customer service is pathetic and have a limited skeleton crew addressing issues and can’t keep up. I even called the Epcon corporate office about the poor quality of our home and how many things have to be redone. This is by far the worst bait and switch scam in new home construction.
