Don't order anything from Epco Inc. After paying in full Tom told me a story about lightning hitting his shop and hopes to finish my build shortly. It's been over two years now and after many attempts to contact Tom via email and phone I haven't heard a word. Spend your money at a reputable and reliable company. Save yourself the legal trouble I am about to go through. Don't let the star rating fool you. Wouldn't let me give none.

Had a terrible experience. Go to Yelp and type in Epco, Germantown, Ohio and look at all the feedback!!! It might help anyone that is out MONEY and is trying to get it back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a set of SS Norton headers on 4/22/11. They were never sent. Have called back repeatedly to find out about why they hadn't been shipped. You can get the owner occassionally when apparently he thinks it may be something else. There is always a reason why it has not been completed (polish guy gone on vacation, almost ready to mail, etc.) There was a company in Florida that took over operations but failed and they mailed all the stuff back and I let up thinking every thing was going to pull back together, so I quit call... read more
