These guys are amazing. I had a massive hole in the ceiling from a condensation leak in the attic. One call, and they came right out to assess the situation. The next morning they were on time (even though I wasn't lol) and ready to work. My apartment is looking new again thanks to EPC. Truly an amazing group of people. Thank you all, I will be calling you back for future assistance. Oh yeah, the price, you can't beat it. They came out to be less than I anticipated.
9 months ago I hired them to do a full remodel of my kitchen. It was a struggle to get them to finish the project on time or correctly. One day they told me they were “done.” Their version of done left trim and crown modeling uninstalled, the wrong doors on cabinets, non-enameled paint in a matte finish rather than the standard semi-gloss on the cabinets, exterior veneer un-sealed around a door, and more. After struggling to find a business that would call us back, we were so pleased to have found EPC. The communication was excellent, the team is top notch, and the result was great. I have nothing but great things to say!
Tried to up charge for the service after the original contract was complete. Left me with damaged furniture. 23 windows most of them damaged. Looks like old dirty windows. Not new. They walked away From the project. I urge everyone to go to the Better Business Bureau.
