I left a voice mail message and days later received a response. Setup a 5pm appointment, Rodger was a no show and no call/explanation.
I'm a real estate professional and had Rodger out to provide an opinion regarding a compromised basement wall. Rodger was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He just tells it like it is! His fee was very reasonable.
