I took in my e46 m3 for the notorious subframe reinforcement job & a bunch of other goodies. When I initially contacted EP3 for an estimate they had it sent over within hours, whereas the four other BMW specialist shops I asked said it’s either a service they don’t provide anymore or just straight up never sent an estimate. Great service and great results. Communication through every step of the process. The only possible improvement would be to have a single point of contact to avoid replying to multiple people.
Always a great experience, friendly, professional, I have never had a problem with any repair. Brian has a great crew of skilled technicians. This is the only place I will bring my BMW.
