I waited 6 weeks for a simple bumper to be replaced, they blamed the work being sloppy on after market parts but I have other parts from a diff shop installed on my car that are seamless unlike what I came to pick up they are attempting to fix but the fact this what was presented as finished is not good. I wish I could add videos to show how off it is. I’m now still here waiting for them to attempt to install the bumper properly. I recently took my Cadillac Escalade for a front bumper repair, and as anyone would be..I was really hesitant to have anyone work on it. After reading all the good reviews I decided this was the spot, and I do not regret it! Within a few days my truck was finished and looked brand new again. Bumper and paint job, Jorge and his team did an awesome job. Thank you so much!
EP3 did a fantastic job on repairing my Genesis GV70 on rear left panel area. It required some detail work. Their work exceeded my expectations. Would refer anyone in need of body work repairs to visit them. Great job EP3!!!
Incredible attention to detail & amazing customer service. I felt the whole team catered to every need and made accommodations for me throughout the whole experience. Ex: I was provided with so many options from paint choice (shade, glitter amount, etc) to restoration options on lights, glass, trim, etc. super clean shop, nice staff, great location.
Had my father's truck worked on at ep3 Jorge was very patient with my father gave us a few estimates along the way. and also kept me updated on the smallest detail where most body shops failed ,he also went out of his way and got some parts my father needed that were not in the estimate. if you want good quality and transparency along the way I suggest you use ep3 body shop I will be going back for my projects
