Kevin at the front is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. They had the best prices out of any shop I called and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. Would use again.

Highly recommend going to EP Werks for all your European auto repairs. We live about 1.5 hours away from their shop. They scheduled us in to do a timing set on our Q5 and had it done the same day. Kevin is very informative and kept us in the loop throughout the process and even answered any questions we had. Will continue to take things we can’t handle ourselves down to them!
If you have a Volkswagen, Audi or Porsche this is the only shop you should be going to. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Everyone that works here is incredibly friendly and actually treats you like you KNOW what you are talking about which is rare for repair shops. The prices make owning a German car far less intimidating. I've taken my '03 VW Passat 1.8 to a couple shops, including EP Werks.
