Exceptional staff, service and expertise! This place is exactly what I've been looking for. I have had enough of the price gauging, lying and sub-par service from my former Audi dealership and will never give them another dollar. I had an excellent experience with EP Werks and couldn’t be happier with the service. I brought in my B8.5 Audi S4 (100k+ miles) for a coolant leak, and from start to finish they were knowledgeable, transparent, and professional. They diagnosed and replaced the water pump along with the associated hoses, replaced the hood strut, fixed my left turn signal, and addressed an electrical issue with the passenger headlight. Kevin at the front is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. They had the best prices out of any shop I called and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. Would use again.
