It would be A NEGATIVE STAR Has anyone made any headway with EP HenY ( Janice EP Henry rep) .please let us in on any outcome .. .Our pavers are cracking, popping and all show signs of more degradation. First you see white specs in the pavers, then that’s where the popping and/or cracking started • When the pavers were installed, EP HENRY LIFETIME guarantee was a selling point… . HORRIBLE Product, Terrible Quality. Let me start out by saying, this company never responded to the BBB regarding my claim that the EP Henry products installed were eroding away. They simply ignored the BBB's inquires. This alone speaks volumes about the lack of integrity EP Henry and company there were acquired by Oldcastle APG, INC. has about their products and image. We had pavers installed in 2020 that were deemed defective, yet EP Henry still has not fixed them and Janet will not return any of my calls or texts. Now I’m stuck with a 40k patio that is all cracked and discolored from the bad mixture they used during that time. I do not recommend EP Henry pavers at all!
