EP has the best atmosphere! I find regular gyms to feel chaotic and intimidating. EP felt comfortable and inviting from the start. The coaches are amazing. Each coach has something different to offer. Coach Lily is wonderful at helping you to face challenges that you would otherwise avoid. She is encouraging and uplifting and her attention to proper form is something that I personally love.
