absolutely horrible experience, always running out of my refills and meds. When I call for an appointment they never have anything available. had strep and they wanted me to wait over a week to be seen, then for a uti they said 20 days. unactable and looking for a new PCP also report them to health grades.
Bueno Suerte! This practice is a mess! Be prepared to wait at least one hour after your appointment time,. Need to get a hold of someone by phone? That’s a joke! High turnover staff - school interns managed by one MD - Beware!
By far the Worst Doctor Ever if I could I would give zero stars. The receptionist is rude she acts like she doesn't care you could tell her what's bothering you or anything and she does not try to help you whatsoever! you tell them what's wrong they don't try helping you it goes in one ear and out through the other just Worst Doctor Ever! I even said that I was going to switch doctors and they did not care! I guess they don't care about losing patients and that's just sad!
Office staff give false information to new patients, hang up on patients and don't answer the phone. Don't take the risk. The 1 5 star review is fake from an employee.
