Gene turner is in trouble for harassment I am the owner k worked for a previous company that did work for a company Gene was fired from for stealing and mismanaging jobs. I was an employee of the previous company and managed the projects that went extremely well I might add and decided to go out on my own and build my own legacy all myself he continues to harass me call me and write to me but blocks me because I threatened legal action. E & P Concrete and Pavement Maintenance (Tuscola/Sullivan) are the same people as the former "3 Guys Concrete" from Atwood. Due to the absolute terrible reviews (Better Business Bureau grade "F", Birdeye, and Google (although they have taken down their site), these guys have been reported to the Illinois State Attorney General for their business practice of taking a down payment and never starting and/or completing the work they contract to do.
