We were referred to E.P. Carpet Cleaning by another well-known carpet cleaning business in Soquel when they couldn’t fit us in for an urgent carpet issue (thanks to a 2-year-old and a whole bottle of liquid soap). We were extremely impressed with the service we received. Dwayne was very friendly, honest, and fair. The job ended up taking much longer than expected, but he stayed until everything was spotless and didn’t ask for any extra payment, even when we tried to pay more for his extra time.

simply the best! my carpets are spotless and there was no strong smell left behind. they also dried really fast! next time, i plan to get a deep tile cleaning. the team is just as impressive as the cleaning—james was professional and very friendly. for all these reasons, i won't use any other carpet or tile cleaning service in soquel. thanks for the excellent work!
