Very unacceptable service!! Really bad NEVER recommend this insurance at all!! Very dissapointing! Our policy was cancelled just because the insurance “sent” a letter which we never received that they needed more information after our agent(Edwin) told us we were all set!! We called more than ONCE to get back in with insurance and all those many times they said they were going to call us back and THEY NEVER DID!! Progressive thank you for this bad experience ill make sure i will NOT recommend you guys to anyone!!!!
