My optic stop powering on. Went on the website and filled out the form for repair/warranty. Got a response within a day or two. Sent it through UPS. it had a 4-5 week turnaround, but came back in less than 2 weeks. Repaired. It was under warranty so the only cost was UPS. Will purchase more eotech products in the future. I understand some dudes do Slip through the cracks but it was fixed and customer service was good
Overpriced
Very very happy with being an EOTech customer! I bought an XPS2-0 a good while ago and the glass inside came free and was bouncing around. I contacted EOTech and did the appropriate warranty repair request forms, provided the serial number on the optic and original box/case (glad I didn’t peel it like I normally do lol). I sent it last week, it was back in under 7 days I think! And it looks clearer than before!! I’m very thrilled with my experience and will keep things for many many years to come. Bought an optic that was honestly more expensive than I wanted, but hey, it's EOTECH and all their stuff is amazing right? Out of the box it doesn't work. Battery is dead I guess. Buy a new one and it works...for like 30mins. Next time I try and turn it on its dead. I reach out and say hey it's brand new what gives. They tell me they'll "repair it". Extremely disappointed. After being a customer and big fan of their rifle optics for over 20 years, I tried the pistol EFLX red dot sight and it's trash. Catastrophic failure in less than 250 9mm rounds. Multiple emails, IG messages and FOUR (4) RA Request forms later I cannot get any response from a company I used to respect. I'm done with EoTech.
