The EOSIS group used to be Meridian. They are for-profit and now backed by a private equity firm (greed), which means they offer the bare minimum of care for the maximum amount of money they can charge. Unfortunately, they seem to be aiming for a monopoly on treatment centers. I have seen their operations through a family member, who has attended treatment at places before and after Meridian bought them. The quality of food nosedived. I wish i could give 0 stars. Like the other review said, this place is in fact a joke. Dirty and impossible to find office. Black American lady who worked there was so unprofessional. Dressed like a teenager, cursing at her computer In front of me- a client- she was filled with attitude, refused my service, and took my social security number. I’d be carful if I were you.
