Dr. Volpi and his team encouraged me to get an expensive procedure while misleading me about the option to have it redone if the procedure failed to correct my snoring on the first attempt. They made no effort to make things right despite my attempts to reach out. This is a dishonest practice; I would not recommend their office in the slightest.
I only visited Dr. Volpi once. He was a friendly doctor. Was not able to follow up due to insurance issues which the office resolved.
