I think it’s a great gym! It can get a bit crowded, but everyone—including the staff—is super nice and friendly. At $10 a month, you really can’t beat it.
Clean, and even when the parking lot is packed, I never see anyone waiting on equipment. Staff is helpful and friendly
The gym is phenomenal but I question the managerial skills of the people in charge. Every time I call to speak to a manager no one is ever there. (either at a conference or not in) Please tell me how they can give one person 3 open accounts and not be aware of it? Im getting charged $52 biweekly for two personal trainers that have never reached out to me. Plus two maintenance fees. When I call I'm constantly being told its processing. This is unacceptable. I ask if no manager is available what do they do if something happens... read more
