Customer service is non existent what an absolute horrendous experience dealing with 3 stooges who had no idea what they were doing but were adamant in ripping me off. I called for a part to a intercom system to which I was quoted $15 and an additional $15 for postage & handling to which I decided to collect the item myself. Sharyn is awesome. She is very quick with replies and follows up on questions in a quick and timely manner. In the last 4 years I have dealt with them, I have not once had to follow up on a previous request. She is an asset to this company and is definitely one of the best sales people I deal with.

Waited over an hour for them to install a HDD in a DVR that I ordered after being told it'll only take 5-10 minutes. I could've completed the job and installed it myself in that time.
