Great and caring staff who listen to you and give you options for treatment. From the reception staff to the specialists who treat you, I have always felt comfortable attending my appointments. As a current and future patient I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing specialist dental care.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr Edward Olrich. I was referred to him to address an issue with my implant crown, but unfortunately the appointment made the situation worse rather than better. He attempted to unscrew the crown but was unable to do so. During the attempt, I felt a lot of pressure between the teeth around my implant, which was very uncomfortable.
