Upon reading reviews, I have no doubt this is a reputable place of business. However, I’ve been bringing my client to the hydrotherapy pool for a few years now and sadly on numerous occasions have seen the reception staff at this clinic using the ONLY disabled toilet on this level. It’s not the only toilet available. Located just next to the disabled bathroom are male and female facilities. I have been receiving treatment from Dr Tatiana Tkatchenko since March last year for gum recession and bone loss to my jaw due to periodontal disease. After much apprehension, I decided to undergo bone graft surgery last month to try and slow the deterioration. I was so pleased with the gentle approach of Dr Tatiana that I had minimal swelling and no bruising. I was also pleased with the kindness of the dental nurse and hygienists and receptionists.
