The owners and staff care deeply about the clients and work like mad to help them be successful with EON software. Sometimes it is hard work, but we do our best and we get results. WORST SOFTWARE & SERVICE...E-V-E-R!!! – Aside from LOSING THOUSANDS, getting "service" from incompetant tecchies (most of whom left the company), the documentation program is a JOKE! Frozen laptop, poor or non-existant printing, improper grammer and syntax....the list goes on and on!! Now, when attempting, to secure a refund.....they at first will put you (me!) off long enough to be "past the deadline", then tell you to "talk to their attorney".
