The worst of the worst!!!! Don’t ever do business with them!! They only want money! But will leave your apt unfixed, mice, roach infested buildings leaks, whatever will go unfixed with promises of fixing. Are quick to try to evict you though even if just a few weeks late on rent! The audacity!!! 211 summer ave in Newark is their building and is a prime example if u come by of how much of slum lords they are!! disgusting! Black and brown tenants are worthless to them and don’t deserve decent place to leave that’s clean!!
