This group only has inhumane people, they don't care about you, only the hard-earned money you give them. I've been living in their rat-infested building for 6 months and nothing has been resolved, I haven't paid 1 month's rent because the situation is unsustainable and they immediately took me to court, I have a 3 year old daughter and they don't care about it at all , it is inhumane. Their tagline "Where our tenants come first." It's all lies!! They don't do any repairs and they admittedly ignore phone calls. The continuously violate the New Jersey Disability Act and they don't care about your living conditions because it's not them! If I could give them zero stars that would be one too many. They are a horrible management company and they do not respect their tenants. They are sure to reach out if a payment is missed.
