Great Place! I have been going here for 3 years now thanks to the advice of a coworker. They have always been wonderful! Their staff is so nice and informative. They are always willing to talk to you on the phone and answer all your questions. They always provided excellent follow up as well. As my cat battled cancer for two years they were the most wonderful and compasionate place you can imagine. I take my 10 year old and seven month old chihuahua's there and wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend them!
Diabetes After several visits and many blood tests this vet kept telling me my dog didn't have diabetes and I knew she had to with all her symptoms. I finally asked the vet tech if there was another blood screening we could do - and there was. This time the diabetes showed up - but the vet had never suggested we keep testing her. Not very caring and no follow through. The diagnosis was too late and my dog was never able to get the diabetes under control and had a siezure 3 months later. I like them, but think they are trying to make the most money for bragging rights. I had to take each of my cats seperately in many several times until I guessed and guided them into what my guys had. If that is the case, why did I pay all of that money? I believe I have to get someone who actually knows what they are doing and is not still trying to get it right. Sorry Jerry - Sorry Susan.
Consistently Fantastic I have been taking both of my dogs to Dr. Withers at Eola Point Animal Hospital since 2006 and have had nothing but stellar service. I have never, ever received poor treatment from Dr. Withers, Dr. Rybicki or the staff. In fact, they go out of their way to ensure that all of my questions are answered, that I understand what my pets are being treated for and they always return my calls. a compassionate place I just read the awful review given to Dr. Withers and I was stunned. I have been bringing my pets here for years and they are compassionate, caring, awesome people, particularly Dr. Withers. He is kind and gentle and I would never go anywhere else.
I have looked at their website and it is one of the best that I have seen. Since they have made the commitment to develop such a wonderful website, this is the hospital where I would want to take my animals.
This vet will ban you for asking questions!!!!!! – My experience started out great. The staff was great. I saw Dr. Rybicki & she was very knowledgeable & helpful. Price gougers – I have been taking my dogs there for years. I feel everytime I go there I feel as though I am being price gouged for my animals. I witnessed this with someone else today that they tried to get him to get a test the dog didn't need. They are not timely in service and I feel that when there is a real problem they are slow to fix the issues not explaining what is wrong with your animal. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. There are so many other vets in the area to choose from.
