Mike, Jared, and the rest of the team at EOC has been nothing short of wonderful! We asked them to come for one small lighting project, and ended up using them for everything for our entire home- AV, lighting, security, etc. They have been patient with our questions, very easy to get a hold of, and have been available for us any time we have reached out. I'd give 10 stars if I could!!
The team at EOC Audio are extremely professional. From quote to Install; they do a fabulous job. They keep your area clean and they are very meticulous. They are an absolute pleasure to work with. Every single one of their staff ( Jordan, Pete, and Ivan) are very respectful and polite. We will definitely be using them again. If I could give them more than five stars, I would give them 10. Looking to them for smart locks and landscape lighting!
Went there to see showroom and get a question answered about my home theater processor. I spoke with Steve who was very knowledgeable and showed me the showroom. I was in awe of the showroom, from the theater, to kitchen, to lighting and control, to outside patio and hidden speakers. The place is a theater and tech fans dream. I look forward to doing business with them and recommend you give them a try. Ask for Steve!
Well I wish I could say I had a great review of EOC. For starters I think it is wrong to ask for money up front before they even get to your house to do work. Wanted to charge my card on file for work to be done a week in advance. I have been with them for awhile so I think they know we are good paying customers. Also, I am still waiting for them to get back to me for an estimate on a camera issue. Not impressed.
