The staff was extremely nice until it was an inconvenience. I spent $1200 to stay. Asked for housekeeping while I was gone, bed to be made, towels, trash taken out. Fridge didn’t work. I was told they only provide services once a week which I don’t know what that entails. Shower doesn’t have hot water. If I ask for my bed to be made & you say you’ll do it, & it’s not done… I am friendly… only to be told after 2 days now it’s an issue? I almost hate leaving this review because I don't want it to be full it's like the best kept secret for Lake Eola and Down Town Orlando. As for as prices go extremely cheaper than any other hotels in the area. Rooms very clean. Sheets so soft pillows are too big (only complaint )Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. This is lo ated in an old building in historic downtown Orlando. The place is quaint. A small boutique hotel. Needs a little renovation but rooms a clean. The entertainment areas like the rooftop and lounge rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. The location is ideal. Close to everything but quiet. The Eola Lake Park is across the road Nice area to walk. A restaurant is downstairs.
The conditions were unacceptable and far from the online photos that were shown online. The bathroom door bottom was moldy and damaged at its bottom corner. The walls had chipped paint, and the room door had a gap, compromising my wife and one-month-old’s privacy. Additionally, when we departed I saw someone smoking on the lounge chair at check-in in front of the staff member which was very unprofessional considering that this place has a smoke-free policy.
