Empress is absolutely AMAZING! This was my first experience having a full facial. Empress explained each step of the process and addressed my specific skincare needs. Upon arrival I had a noticeable sized pimple on my left cheek surrounded by large pours. Empress explained possible causes of the breakout and provided suggestions to improve my pour size.
