Great experience dealing with Enzo and his team at Enzo Mercuri Designs from the beginning! We had Enzo drape the backdrop at our wedding two weekends ago at Hazelton Manor and it looked absolutely stunning. My wife couldn't believe it. The pictures don't do it justice compared to seeing it in person. We told Enzo the style we were looking for, sent him a couple of pictures as inspo, and he definitely delivered! They get the job done
I really wanted to like this team, but their communication was honestly quite poor. I inquired in mid-January (during off season) and it took them 3 weeks to get back to me. When I finally heard back, they drew up these lovely designs, only to say that they might have a bigger project to prioritize on my date (which they knew about in advance). They have completely ghosted me since then. Why not just respectfully decline from the start instead of reeling me in, then spitting me out.
