Tammy from Richmond Avenue office in Staten Island was friendly and very professional . She made my visit very pleasant.
Enzo Lab on Richmond, lady at the front and phlebotomist (the same person) no communication skills, very rude, very slow, takes forever to enter patient information. Asking patient to pull mask up however wearing mask under nose. Appointment was at 9 am, one person in front but still took 1 hour 15 mins to do one simple blood draw. I don’t recommend this place!!!
Went there for a blood test. The girl working was so rude. Will be going elsewhere.
