Mason is the BEST! My fiance just got a custom tuxedo from Enzo for our wedding and the process was phenomenal from start to finish. Mason was kind, attentive, patient, and demonstrated exceptional professionalism. We cannot thank him enough and highly recommend him and Enzo for all your custom suits/tuxedos needs. I was told by an agent to ‘come in anytime before 5 PM,’ so naturally I trusted the business to know its own schedule. Silly me. After wasting gas and time driving there, I rang the video doorbell multiple times and got absolutely no response — apparently customer service takes the day off too.
