I have been trying to get results for over a week. Their portal has been down so myself or myself doctor have not been able to get the results. It had been a week of this. When I called to say I need my results their response was you should have gotten them before our system went down. Never using this company again. Their computer system has been down for 2 weeks apparently and not sharing my lab results but they already filed the insurance claim.
Update: I am changing my rating because they do Fax Your Results to your Doctor. But why don't the Customer Representatives of Enzo tell you that your results will be faxed to your Doctor? Anyone reading this and considering going for Blood work now make sure their computer system is back working or go to another Lab if it still isn't. Their computer system has been down for a week and they have no idea when it is going to be fixed and you cannot get your lab results until they fix the problem. They should be working on this 24/7 and not drawing patients blood until they fix the issue(s).
