Never having blood work there again somehow they lost my test results and even when you call no help I needed it done for my job now I have to get blood work again but not this place
Every time I go there, they are closed with a sign on the door saying they closed for the day… sorry for the inconvenience. This is quite literally the FIFTH time I have been there and they were closed. Most recently they were closed a WEEK before Presidents’ Day and used that as an excuse. Also was closed on March 16th, which was the day of the St. Patrick’s day parade in Rocky Point, and not actually on St. Patrick’s day… regardless that is not a holiday to close medical offices. Sign on door closed for the day sorry for inconvenience - no message on answering service indicating closure. Waste of my time and money as i had to take time off of work to come to the office. All local locations had this same sign. And all locations not answering during their business hours today either.
