I am extremely fearful of getting blood drawn and Claudine was extremely gentile and kind. I really appreciated how easy she made it! So nice!
Lady in there is a one woman show. She’s in the front and drawing blood. Super slow I couldn’t even get my blood work done because it was so slow.
I went to this location for the first time this morning and it was not a good experience. I usually go to the selden location which is great they are always kind, helpful and get me in and out. I just moved to w islip so this was the closest to me unfortunately. The front desk rep was rude from the second I walked in. Any question I had was a problem. No one like this should be working with the public let alone pregnant women. It was extremely uncomfortable and I will never go back to this location.

If I could give this location zero stars I would!! The handful of times that I have come here all the staff is rude and unprofessional!! Sad that I prefer to go all the way to Deer Park location because this one has rude staff. I only came today out of convenience because it closer to my home. They really need to train staff better.
