I had the worst experience for a first timer! I called the Astoria location to ask if I can fax my script over and Pat advised me not to because she personally was not going to be in the Astoria location. She did advise that the office opens at 8 am on Friday morning and someone else would be there. Friday morning comes and I arrive at the Astoria location at 8:05am and the office was closed.
