Service very mishap and slow, when arriving to view the car. Was told a full valet and service would be carried out. Partial valet and service was done. TPMS was showing, all that was done was air put in. The fault is actually the tyre not dealing on the bead. Plastic engine cover is also missing. Overall the place needs more of a shake up.
Avoid at all costs. I bought a car from them that is now completely undriveable. Within just 70 miles, the engine management light came on. The multimedia system also cuts out repeatedly while driving — switching itself off and on again — making it impossible to use the sat nav safely. I had an independent inspection done earlier this month which flagged up 5 separate fault codes. Avoid this seller i went to buy a VW Crafter from this outlet, we travelled from Sth Wales the round trip took us 7hrs and £75 in petrol ,only to discover that the vehicle i was shown wasn't the vehicle that was advertised on Ebay, we didn't even get a apology from the salesman.
