I recently purchased a hydraulic hose for over $600. Unfortunately, they installed the wrong sized O-ring on the hose. This mistake forced me to make an additional trip back to the store, only to be told they didn't have the correct O-ring in stock. I then had to visit Caterpillar, where they sold me the correct O-ring and mentioned that they would have charged only $450 for the same hose. This experience was highly frustrating and inconvenient. Charged me $130 dollars for a 60 dollar job got a quote off a different enzed for the same job. The guy who served was very polite and professional but their prices are ridiculous compared to any other shops. Will definitely not be back to this shop
