Without all the gory details, my client has been waiting since September to get his tank (leased by ENXX) connected. If you read the other review here on the BBB site, you will see that the details are lengthy, and my story is quite similar. It is now Nov. 29, and the tank has yet to be connected. Wish I had started with a different company years ago!!!

We have made a decision not to do business with Starlite.She refused to sign the lease contract. Her breakdown in communication has been difficult to do business.When we scheduled to take the initial tanks to be set it was not accomplished because she was going on vacation.She said she would call when she got back.She did not call.We contacted her and she gave us a list as to where she wanted the tanks set.The next week we set the first six tanks as instructed by Sylvia and filled them.
