If I could give this company 6 stars, I would!! I accidentally returned the wrong jacket to them and their customer services was so patient and happy to help me resolve this issue, despite the inconvenience to them. I will definitely be ordering from this company again!!

As a first-time customer, I was initially wary of buying from Enwild but finally decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, my skepticism was fully justified. I ordered a used jacket from the Enwild outlet that was explicitly listed in "excellent" condition. When the package arrived, I discovered they had sent me an entirely different, cheaper jacket. While they shipped my order quickly, the after sales experience was terrible. Return processing was quoted as 3-5 days, then 5-10 business days. After 10 business days, I still do not have a refund.

Hello everyone, I strongly advise against purchasing any items from ENWILD due to their terrible after-sales service. I purchased a backpack this month, and UPS confirmed that my package was misdelivered. However, ENWILD refused to help me file the claim, leaving me to bear the loss myself.
