Woman with the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered. Brown skin, skinny woman with tattered ponytail. She’s was at the counter eating an orange while speaking disrespectful and disgustingly toward customers. Telling the customer showing hair in a hair store “was not apart of her job description”. She doesn’t want to do her job therefore she shouldn’t have one. She brings the service of the store down. I’d reconsider allowing her to be an employee there.

Unbelievable...DEI...right now I decided to buy, support black businesses. Target, Walmart, and Costco is being pressured. I, always, when possible buy from black businesses. Travel to this area and left my hair supplies home. Travel across the bridge to buy products from this business. Got home and being to use one of the product purchased, it was broke. Took it back today and they would not take it back. I explained I was out of town and really needed it. Nope, would not take it back. I didn't notice the no return, no exch... read more

I just left this establishment and as always I walked out happy. The ladies there, especially TASHA, are awesome! Its so good to find a hair supply place in the area that has knowledgable staff and can answer many questions. Its tough being a women and going through the endless hair journey! Lol! Love this place and I can see it will be a much needed staple in the community 🙌🏽 Thank you guys again!
