I want to preface this with saying that I am not usually one for writing reviews, but the unprofessionalism by Jake over the last few weeks is just ridiculous. I've made 2 appointments for my husband, the first time I'd had the appointment for over a week and got a text less than an hour before the appointment saying he's injured and needs to reschedule to Wednesday (they are closed Wednesday) fine, things happen but we were about to go on holidays for a week so to make another booking that works, my husband would have to wa... read more

I recently visited Envy for the first time and was blown away by the quality of service. Jake was very professional and took the time to make sure I was happy with my haircut.
