Great service and costumer service
Avoid this company like the plague, this company is filled with incompetent thieves. Had us put 50% down. Never completed job, what they did do was poor if not completely incorrectly done. While I went to the grocery they tricked my parents into paying the other 50%, and took off before I got back claiming that they would be back yesterday. Never came back doesn't answer their phone, text or email. He wasn't reachable after he gave us the quote either making us believe this is how he normally operates. Be really careful with The Company Envy Pool Services LLC and the owner Luis Vila / Deidre Neal . They ask you for the 50% as a deposit and then vanish , never answer the phone calls or text . They are thieves ! Never hire them you will be extremely disappoint !
Luis has provided excellent service for me my pool is always looking good he is extremely reliable
Envy pool tech very professional punctual and the total experience was great my pool pump need to be replaced and my pool was green they came in within 30 min the pump was replaced and they took care of my pool and within 4 hours my pool looked beautiful
