We’ve used Ryan from Black Diamond Plumbing twice in the past few weeks and both experiences were excellent. The first time was when our hot water system broke down on a Saturday — Ryan returned our call promptly and arrived just a few hours later with a new system, which he installed on the spot. Ryan was awesome to deal with. He came out on a Sunday afternoon to check my hot water service. Found that it was leaking and needed replacement. Installed it on the same day. Wife was happy to still be able to have a shower.
